I am so grateful to the Loving Groups community which took me under its wing at a difficult time in my life when my ability to trust humans was at an all time low. Through love and patience and steadfastness, I feel the community breathed life back into me and I am now happy to be a loving host myself. When asked to write a bio to share with you, I wasn't sure what to write so I have taken a snippet from my dating profile which I wrote after Sharon Winningham's class which reads as follows: "My favourite things are travelling, nature, country music and creativity. I am currently in the process of writing a book - which I have been dreaming about forever (photo outside the House of Parliament in London is for my book cover). I put things off when they are important to me for fear of not having the dream anymore if I fail! When I get really scared I get angry particularly if people make empty promises and don't keep their word. I can go from sweet to a tiger in a nano second." That said, I overcame the fear of diving (hence the photo) and if I could do that I reckon I can do anything! I love Sedona and have visited many many times. I love the wide open spaces which make my soul sing. I love singing and dancing. I have been blessed to have many spiritual experiences and am on the path to the ever better! One of my favourite quotes is by Howard Thurman and reads: Don't ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it. Because what the world needs is more people who have come alive."

We support you in finding your own answers by helping you see options.
Personal problems can seem complicated, but the solutions can become simpler by:
1. Sharing your heart, fears and vulnerability -- it creates connection and oneness. Telling the stories about what others have done keeps us stuck.
2. If we can be aware of our choices, we can be responsible for realizing we're not making choices that lead to our happiness. We are either believing there are no other choices, or we're experiencing disappointment due to unrealistic expectations that things should be different than they are.
Ultimately the practice is to arrive at a place of making better life choices, and have acceptance for the things that are beyond our personal control.
