Loving Groups supports you with FREE conference calls each week.  The calls are a wonderful way to get to know the Hosts who support your journey to love and belonging.  Many people do not yet have groups in their cities and use these calls to connect, be supported, feel loved and feel a part of.

We support you in finding your own answers by helping you see options.  

 

    Personal  problems can seem complicated, but the solutions can become simpler by:  


1. Sharing your heart, fears and vulnerability -- it creates connection and oneness.  Telling the stories about what others have done keeps us stuck.   

2. If we can be aware of our choices, we can be responsible for realizing we're not making choices that lead to our happiness. We are either believing there are no other choices, or we're experiencing disappointment due to unrealistic expectations that things should be different than they are.


Ultimately the practice is to arrive at a place of making better life choices, and have acceptance for the things that are beyond our personal control.
